The 2011 Legal 500 USA Guide Recognizes MSK Attorneys and Intellectual Property and Tax Practice Groups Among the Nation's Best

MSK's Intellectual Property & Technology and Tax Practice Groups, and a number of the firm's partners, were recognized in the 2011 Legal 500 guide to the best law firms and lawyers in the United States.
In the IP/Copyright category MSK ranked among the best practice groups nationally, and Intellectual Property Litigator Russ Frackman was selected as one of only six "Leading Lawyers" nationwide. Karin Pagnanelli, Robert Rotstein, and Christine Lepera, were also featured.
The firm's Tax Group was ranked among the best on the West Coast, and our Charitable Sector, Trusts & Estates and Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practices were also lauded, as were partners David Newman, Jeff Davine, Bob Lowe and Allan Cutrow.
