Part of marking the firm’s 100th Anniversary included expansion to New York City. Opening an office focused on continuing its tradition as a powerhouse in intellectual property and entertainment litigation in one of the country's entertainment hubs, the "Big Apple", was a natural extension. MSK’s merger with Richardson Patel in 2015 helped bolster the office, in particular with its corporate securities practice which made the firm competitive in the world’s capital for financial markets.
