Eric Engelman represents management in all areas of labor and employment law, including in arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, disciplinary hearings, and other administrative proceedings. Eric regularly advises employers in developing labor relation strategies, interpreting and applying workplace policies, and compliance with the requirements of the NLRA, LMRA, FAA, Norris-LaGuardia Act, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, WARN Act, OSHA, FLSA, state and local sick leave laws, and other federal and state labor and employment laws. He also has extensive experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements with various unions.
