MSK Highlighted in Bloomberg Law for Fox Digital Enterprises Inc. Client Win

MSK was highlighted in the article, "Fox Digital's Win in Editor's Age Bias Suit Affirmed on Appeal," published by Bloomberg Law on October 5, 2022. The article features our win defending client Fox Digital Enterprises Inc., who prevailed in an age discrimination suit brought by a former editor who was terminated as a result of a staff reduction. An appellate panel affirmed the lower court's granting of summary judgement to Fox Digital, saying that the plaintiff failed to present enough evidence of discriminatory intent.
