Stacey Chuvaieva is an associate in Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp’s Corporate, Litigation and Regulatory Practice Groups. Stacey’s practice focuses on entertainment and technology transactions including technology licensing, open source, video game and music publishing, as well as privacy and EU data protection regulations. She is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the U.S. and Europe, CIPP/US and CIPP/E respectively.

Prior to joining the firm, Stacey worked as a legal counsel at a video game publishing company, Wargaming Group Limited, assisting with IP clearance, enforcement and technology licensing, and as a technology and IP litigation lawyer at the Baker McKenzie Kyiv office. As a part of the Baker McKenzie IT/TMT industry group Stacey advised multinational tech companies on telecom, regulatory and data privacy issues.

  • Drafts terms of service and data privacy and protection policies for various companies.
