MSK Advises Kojima Productions on Music Licensing for Death Stranding 2: On The Beach

Death Stranding 2: On The Beach launched on June 26, 2025, marking one of the most anticipated video game releases of the year, and MSK is proud to have played a part in bringing it to life.

For the past three years, MSK attorneys Stacey Chuvaieva, Marc Mayer, and Joel Schoenfeld advised Kojima Productions on music licensing for the game, supporting the studio from development through release.

Kojima Productions is an independent video game development studio founded in 2015 by legendary game designer Hideo Kojima. Known for creating cinematic, genre-defying games, Kojima is widely regarded as one of the most visionary voices in the industry.
