MSK was highlighted in the article, "Investing Website Isn't An Investment Adviser, Court Says," published by Law360 on August 15, 2024. The article discusses our win on a motion to dismiss for our client, Seeking Alpha. In the long-awaited decision, SDNY Judge Victor Marrero sided with the defendants, finding that it is protected by the Publishers' Exclusion. 

The MSK team included Jacob Albertson, Eleanor M. Lackman and Kevin Gaut.
