Frida Glucoft and Janice Luo authored the Daily Journal's August 4, 2009 Focus Column in which they stressed the importance of employers' notifying the government when an H-1B employee is terminated, since U.S. immigration regulations do not allow for any grace period for most foreign workers after employment termination.
