The Streaming Revolution in the Entertainment Industry

The International Association of Entertainment Lawyers just released "The Streaming Revolution in the Entertainment Industry," to help expand the artist's career beyond traditional revenue streams. 

Christine Lepera co-authored the chapter entitled "Breach of the Duty of Care or Loyalty to the Artist," a critical distinction on which much litigation has turned.  Eric German and barrister Mark Vinall co-authored the chapter entitled "Venue and Jurisdictional Issues in International Disputes," which discusses the importance of crafting a forum selection clause into artist agreements.
