Adam Levin on NPR's "The Business" Discussing Hollywood's Work Environment

May 3, 2010

Adam Levin was interviewed by Kim Masters (airing on May 3, 2010 on KCRW) regarding Hollywood's work environment and what does, and doesn't, constitute harassment, abuse and discrimination.

Levin, who famously served as lead counsel for the defendants before the California Supreme Court in the "Friends" case (Lyle v. Warner Brothers Television Productions), made a distinction between the broad range of banter that may exist in a writers' room or on a set and discriminatory comments directed at an employee due to race, gender or religion.
