MSK Secures $50 Million Jury Award for David Bergstein in Legal Malpractice Case Against Former In-House Counsel

After less than two days of jury deliberations, a Los Angeles jury sided with MSK's litigation team, led by Lucia Coyoca and including Andrew Spitser and Christopher Elliott, in finding that David Bergstein's longtime attorney was liable for providing confidential information to creditors and forcing his companies into bankruptcy.
