Russ Frackman and Christine Lepera Named to Billboard's 2017 "Top Music Lawyers" List

Russ Frackman and Christine Lepera have been named to Billboard's list of "Top Music Lawyers" published on July 17, 2017. This year's list consists of "61 keen legal minds" that are "on the front lines of copyright fights and superstar deals." 

Russ Frackman was noted in the article as a "veteran of copyright wars" - highlighted specifically for his work for EMI in its decade-long copyright case against Vimeo, as well as the recent settlement in January with Amway over infringement claims. 

Christine Lepera was highlighted for her recent victory this past May representing Drake and associated companies in the highly publicized case involving the song, "Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2."
