MSK Partner Adam Levin was named to the Los Angeles Business Journal's 2024 "Top 100 Lawyers" list published on April 22, 2024. The annual list recognizes Los Angeles’ top 100 lawyers for their legal achievements, community involvement and impacts on the profession.

"Over the course of three decades, Adam Levin has championed a legal defense rooted in First Amendment principles for media companies in certain discrimination and wrongful termination cases, and has firmly established himself as the unquestioned counsel of choice for virtually every major entertainment-industry defendant. Studio general counsels has Levin’s name at the top of the call sheet. Among his major accomplishments over the last year include his work on behalf of Warner Bros. in an employment discrimination case brought by a former camera operator on The Big Bang Theory. The plaintiff claimed “reverse discrimination‚” based upon the fact that he is a white male. This case is very significant given the motion picture industry’s efforts to diversify. After the initial federal court action was dismissed, the plaintiff filed a state court action, which was ultimately dismissed."
