MSK Partners Marissa Lewis and Marc Mayer will moderate and speak on the panel "Litigating Clones XC 2024" at the Games Industry Law Summit On Tour conference in Limassol, Cyprus on April 19, 2024. 

Marissa Lewis will lead and moderate this 90-minute panel, which will discuss where the industry finds itself now, regional updates, and what the industry should focus on in the near future. Marc Mayer will discuss recent litigation of clones in the United States while other panelists provide updates on litigation in the UK, France, China and India. Finally, the panel will discuss how video game studios are increasingly required to adopt a multi-jurisdictional approach to litigating clones, along with coordination strategies and real-life examples.
