Aaron Wais will be speaking on the panel, "Decrypting Cybersecurity Laws: 2016 Year In Review and Looking Forward to 2017," at the 2017 ABA Section of Litigation Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida.   

This consistently popular annual seminar–now over 30 years old but constantly fresh and relevant–is well known as the ideal event for in-house and outside counsel to come together, hear about new legal challenges they face in representing the companies they serve, and pick up new information to make them more effective business litigators and litigation managers. The seminar takes place over three days in a great venue and offers
numerous cutting edge CLEs (including ethics), workshops, forums, business meetings, roundtables, luncheons, dinners, receptions, social events, and several other opportunities to meet, get to know, and spend time with some of the best in-house lawyers, outside litigation counsel, and judges in the country.

This seminar is expected to qualify for 9.25 hours of MCLE credit including 1 ethics credit and 1.25 elimination of bias credit in 60-minute states and 11.1 hours of MCLE credit including 1.2 ethics credit and 1.5 elimination of bias credit in 50-minute states.
