Crowdfunding Your Startup

Nimish Patel will be moderating the "Crowdfunding Your Startup" panel at the 2016 Silicon Beach Fest. 

This panel will explore the implications of Title III of the JOBS Act, the new legislation that allows for equity crowdfunding, and will address areas such as legal and marketing strategies for Reg A+ or Reg CF, crowdfunding campaign strategy, and overall key factors for success. 

This panel will take place on Wednesday, August 25, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (PST) in the Waterfront Room at the Marina del Rey Hotel.
