2010 Employers' Legal Update

MSK's Labor & Employment and Immigration Departments will host the annual Employers' Legal Update on Thursday, January 20, 2011. At this breakfast meeting, our attorneys will discuss key legal developments from 2010.
Topics covered will include:

- Wage and Hour Law
- Immigration Law Impact on Employers
- Other Legal Developments Impacting Employers
- Pending Decisions and Potential Legislation
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The program will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 11:00 a.m. Two hours of MCLE credit will be awarded.
Speakers include attorneys from our Labor & Employment and Immigration Practice Groups.
