This year, the Masterclass will explore the manner in which creators can attempt to recapture copyright interests that were previously transferred or assigned, e.g., pursuant to a recording or publishing agreement, and the potential issues that can arise when such requests are made.  Of particular focus will be the differing regimes in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union.
