Mike Marino is a partner in MSK's Labor & Employment Department. He represents employers across a broad range of industries in employment litigation matters including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour. Mike also provides strategic counsel on employee policies and workplace management.

Mike’s significant in-house and prior experience give him a unique perspective in resolving client issues. As Warner Bros.’ long-time Chief Employment Counsel, he managed all employment law-related matters for the company’s business units worldwide. Before that, as a Navy judge advocate, Mike tried cases, developed legislation and policy, and served as the principal legal advisor to the commander of an overseas military installation. His experience with cutting edge, complex, and high profile issues results in a proactive, practical, and business-focused approach to the modern workplace.
