Samantha W. Frankel is an associate in Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp’s Litigation Practice Group in the New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on disputes arising in the entertainment and media industries.
Samantha represents clients in federal and state courts and assists on matters spanning all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and settlement. She regularly manages discovery in complex matters, including ESI-intensive cases, and works closely with clients and co-counsel on case strategy and execution.
