Samantha represents clients in federal and state courts and assists on matters spanning all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and settlement.  She regularly manages discovery in complex matters, including ESI-intensive cases, and works closely with clients and co-counsel on case strategy and execution.

Her experience includes copyright, trademark, and contract disputes, as well as employment-related litigation.  Samantha also has significant experience handling discovery disputes and motion practice in complex commercial and intellectual property matters.
