Congratulations to Russ Frackman on being named one of Los Angeles Daily Journal's "California's Top 100 Leading Lawyers" for the fifth consecutive year!

Russ routinely handles cutting edge copyright law issues that present themselves as new technologies emerge, landing himself on LADJ's list each year. The year 2006 was no different for Russ, who successfully obtained a preliminary injunction enjoining the popular Google image search engine from displaying copyrighted thumbnail images on behalf of his client, a prominent magazine and web site.
