Frida Glucoft Discusses Immigration Reform in the July Issue of Inside Counsel

In the article “Employers Seek Solutions to Immigration Impasse,” MSK immigration practice chair Frida Glucoft advises employers to conduct internal audits in order to avoid fines concerning employees with I-9s. She states that despite the expectation of upcoming immigration reform, which would legalize undocumented workers without criminal records, employers should avoid complacency and maintain accurate records.
