MSK in the News for Representing Blizzard in Turtle WoW Infringement Lawsuit

MSK and Marc Mayer were featured in GameRant and Massively Overpowered for representing Blizzard Entertainment in a lawsuit against the creators of “Turtle WoW,” a rogue World of Warcraft server.

"Turtle WoW may find it difficult to maintain its momentum moving forward, as it has now found itself on the receiving end of a Blizzard lawsuit, Windows Central reports. Filed by Marc Mayer from Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp in the Central District of California on August 29, the complaint alleges multiple transgressions, including unauthorized use of the company's code, art, and branding materials. Blizzard is thus accusing Turtle WoW creators of committing both trademark and copyright infringement."
