Eleanor M. Lackman was quoted in Bloomberg Law’s August 20, 2025 article, “Judge’s ‘Schedule A’ Rebuke Reignites Anti-Counterfeiting Debate,” which examined a recent ruling by a Chicago federal judge that questioned the fairness of mass-litigation practices used to combat counterfeit sales on online platforms. It discusses both the criticism surrounding their use against smaller sellers and the reality that many defendants are prolific counterfeiters.
