David Rugendorf Quoted in Law360

November 22, 2017

MSK partner David Rugendorf was quoted in the article, “What to Know About USCIS’s New Policy On Revocations,” published by Law360 on November 22, 2017.

The article discusses a new policy memo released by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services which says that foreign nationals who have employment-based immigrant visa petitions, and who have properly asked to change jobs, must be given a chance to take part in the visa petition revocation process.

From the article…

"‘[The adopted decision] not only didn't open up a big class of beneficiaries that have a voice, but also, it made sure to say that subsequent employers have no right, either,’ noted David Rugendorf of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP.”
