Daily Journal Names Russell Frackman Among "Ten California Lawyers Who Helped Shape the Past Decade"

The Daily Journal named Russell Frackman among the ten California lawyers who helped shape the past decade. Called "The Music Man," Russ is credited with the seminal copyright infringement litigation against Napster and Grokster that helped pave the way for legitimate methods of distributing music online. Earlier this year, Russ was selected by the National Law Journal among the "most influential lawyers of the decade."
