MSK Defends BoingBoing's Ongoing Discussion of Digitally Altered Images

Happy Mutants (d/b/a BoingBoing.net) were happy indeed by Intellectual Property & Technology partner Marc Mayer's response to a letter issued by Demi Moore's attorney demanding that the popular blog remove a post in which a professional photographer questioned the authenticity of a recent W Magazine cover image of Ms. Moore. Mr. Mayer's response, referred to as "a thing of beauty" by our client, the full post and correspondence surrounding it can be found at "Demi Moore's lawyers threaten Boing Boing over photo analysis blog post."
