MSK Partners Emily Evitt and Aaron Moss were named to the Daily Journal's 2025 "Top Intellectual Property Lawyers" list published on April 2, 2025. The annual list honors the top performing intellectual property attorneys working in patent litigation, trademark and copyright.

From Emily's profile...

"Emily Evitt has built her career defending high-profile clients against copyright infringement claims. Since 2008, she has represented creators across the entertainment and technology sectors. Evitt discovered her passion for IP law unexpectedly during her senior year of college. 'I thought I was going to practice international law. I signed up for 'Computers and the Law' primarily because it had 'Law' in the title,' she said. 'The class turned out to be an Intro to IP course, and the theme was that technology is always moving faster than the law. I was hooked, and I never looked back.'"

From Aaron's profile...

"Aaron Moss, an intellectual property attorney with 28 years of experience, recently secured a landmark legal victory in a cross-border dispute between gaming companies. Moss discovered his calling during law school after majoring in communication studies as an undergraduate at UCLA. 'When I got to law school, I discovered that there was a whole field of law devoted to creative content, and it seemed like the perfect fit for me,' he said."
