MSK Adds Veteran Studio-Side Labor Attorney, Alan M. Brunswick
Alan M. Brunswick Joins Firm as Partner in Los Angeles Office
LOS ANGELES (July 15, 2019) – Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP (MSK) announced today that Alan M. Brunswick, a nationally recognized labor attorney, who specializes in representing clients in the media and entertainment industries, has joined the firm as a partner in its Los Angeles office.
Brunswick’s practice focuses on all areas of labor relations and employment law on behalf of employers in both union and nonunion settings. His extensive experience spans a wide variety of matters involving contract interpretations, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, wage and hour and ERISA disputes.
Brunswick joins MSK from Manatt Phelps & Phillips LLP, where for the past 23 years he has honed his expertise in managing complex negotiations and disputes involving production companies, advertisers, video game companies, talent agencies, and entertainment industry associations and guilds. He is the former Vice President and in-house counsel for the Association of Motion Picture & Television Producers.

Brunswick earned his B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a former Director and Secretary of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California, which operates Ronald McDonald Houses in Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange Counties.
