David Rugendorf Featured in The Daily Journal

December 21, 2017

MSK partner David Rugendorf was featured in the article, "LA Business Immigration Lawyer Handles Asylum Cases," published by The Daily Journal on December 21, 2017.

The article discusses David Rugendorf's immigration practice going beyond the day-to-day and also delving into pro bono cases. Since 1998, Mr. Rugendorf has taken on pro bono cases in federal immigration court focusing on people seeking asylum in the U.S. after facing persecution, violence and in some cases mortal peril in their home countries.

From the article:
"There's a great ongoing need for attorneys to help in asylum cases," Rugendorf said. "Most of these people are unrepresented, and having a good attorney can be the difference."
