MSK Elects S. Eva Wolf and Janice Luo to Partnership
Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP (MSK) is pleased to announce the election of two new partners, S. Eva Wolf (Los Angeles) and Janice Luo (New York), effective January 1, 2018.
S. Eva Wolf is a member of the Tax and Trusts & Estates practice group in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Wolf has worked as an attorney in both private practice and at the Internal Revenue Service. Her practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, and tax. Wolf tailors estate plans to fit each client’s goals and circumstances, while creating flexibility to account for future changes. Post-death, Wolf guides clients through the probate and trust administration process. She also leverages the insider knowledge that she gained as an IRS attorney into estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax savings and audit victories for her clients. Wolf often speaks and writes about the intersection of trusts and estates and tax law. Wolf has an LL.M. in Tax from Loyola Law School, a J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and a B.A. in Sociology from Arizona State University.
Janice Luo is a member of the Immigration practice group in the firm’s New York office. Ms. Luo exclusively practices immigration and nationality law representing employers and individuals in a wide range of non-immigrant and immigrant matters, including preparing petitions and applications for aliens of extraordinary ability in the arts, entertainment and sciences and intracompany transferees for multinational corporations, treaty trader/investor visas and employees of high-tech companies. Luo received a J.D. from Loyola Law School and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
