Eric Schwartz Works on Library of Congress Sound Recording and Film Preservation Programs Reauthorization Act of 2016

Eric Schwartz provided pro bono work on the S. 2893 bill that re-authorizes the sound recording and film preservation programs of the Library of Congress, and for other purposes. On July 13, the Senate, by unanimous consent passed this important legislation. On July 14, the Senate bill was passed in the House, also by unanimous consent, and sent to the President for signature. Mr. Schwartz also worked on the original bill in 1988.
