MSK Corporate Practice Closes Acquisition Transaction for Client Total Recall
MSK is pleased to announce its Corporate & Business Transactions practice has successfully closed the transaction for the acquisition of its client Total Recall Corporation by Convergint Technologies. MSK attorney Carl Kleidman was successful in leading this transaction for Total Recall, a corporation that has been providing federal and municipal governments, businesses, and organizations with surveillance solutions and large-scale systems which operate under the harshest urban conditions for over 30 years. This acquisition extends Convergint's capabilities in supporting highly sophisticated citywide networks and gives Total Recall the additional resources it needs to expand and grow.
