Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp* Begins Journey on JOBS Act 2.0

March 2014

Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp* is again tackling change in the capital markets through legislative efforts focused on the JOBS Act 2.0. Coming on the heels of work done on the original JOBS Act in 2012, Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp* is looking forward to providing substantive input to the legislative agenda around changes in capital markets regulation in the 113th Congressional cycle.

The efforts are beginning with a webinar on March 13, 2014 hosted by NowStreetWire with Representative Patrick McHenry and MITCHELL, SILBERBERG & KNUPP* partner David Feldman. This free webinar offers insight to Reg A offerings, crowdfinancing alternatives and legislative developments currently being contemplated in the US House of Representatives.

“We are privileged to be involved with Congressman McHenry and his efforts surrounding the JOBS Act,” said Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp’s* co-Managing Partner, Nimish Patel. “We’ve consistently kept our finger on the pulse of legislative developments that impact capital markets because it allows us to better serve our clients.” added Mr. Patel.

*Handled through the predecessor law firm of Richardson Patel LLP.
