This panel will discuss the challenges of having effective arbitration clauses in the digital-based marketplace, the effect of various license agreements on arbitration clauses (e.g., shrink-wrap, click-wrap, and browse-wrap licenses), and the challenges in having valid arbitration clauses when a major portion of consumers are minors.
