This program, presented by the Entertainment Law Section, will cover many of the important case decisions, issues, and trends in the world of Entertainment Litigation that took place over the past year, and the possible ramifications for future litigation, including topics such as copyright infringement (music, film, & Internet), trademark infringement, fair use, and right of publicity, among others.
