Join us for an engaging one-hour webinar on February 19, 2025 at 12:00 PST/3:00 EST, for a discussion as to how emerging AI technologies intersect with the ethical / professional responsibilities of attorneys (in house and in law firms). Topics to be discussed include the relevant obligations under the laws in key states, ABA Formal Op. 512 (the AI recommendations), and real world applications of these requirements, especially as related to competency and confidentiality.
