Russ Frackman will be speaking on the panel, "Look What They've Done to My Song," at the annual Music, Copyright, and Litigation Panel hosted by the Beverly Hills Bar Association on June 21, 2017.

The Beverly Hills Bar Association is presenting a music panel discussion on copyright law and the landmark cases decided in 2016 including the controversial Capitol v. VimeoEMI v. MP3Tunes, Spirit v. Led Zeppelin, and the Flo & Eddie class action cases regarding the protections afforded to pre-1972 sound recordings. In addition, the panelists will discuss the current Justice Department's interpretation of the antitrust consent decree and the future of streaming royalties.
