Dealing with the Self-Dealing Rules

NCPP 2016 l Sheraton Dallas Hotel l Dallas, TX
October 18, 2016
10:00am - 11:00am

Jeffrey Davine will be presenting, "Dealing with the Self-Dealing Rules," on October 18 at NCPP 2016 - the largest conference on Philanthropic Planning.

The self-dealing rules are a complex set of requirements imposed by the IRS on persons and entities that engage in certain types of transactions with private foundations. Violations of the rules can bring about penalty taxes on the persons who participate in these transactions.

This session will provide individuals and entities with the tools to analyze your transactions with private foundations. In addition, Jeff will shed light on the different components of self-dealing and how you may be directly or indirectly involved.

NCPP 2016 will take place October 17-19 at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in Dallas, TX.
