Robert Rotstein will give a presentation, hosted by California Lawyers for the Arts, on “What’s New in Copyright & Entertainment: A Review of Recent Case Law.”
Over the past year, there have been significant developments in copyright, trademark, right of publicity, and entertainment law. Robert will discuss the major cases, with an emphasis on how they affect the rights of artists, publishers, producers, and distributers of intellectual property. The program is appropriate both for those who practice art and entertainment law and those who want to become familiar with those areas.
