Today’s workplace can span from Traditionalists to Generation Z, each with their own characteristics and work styles. Join us for a lively discussion between representatives from each generation as we decode our various values, communication styles and generational strengths and discuss some of the best practices for managing a multi-generational team.
This is a panel discussion for the Career Zone in which representatives from each generation (TBD) will share their experiences and provide insight into their generational strengths and motivators. The session will include a personal action plan for attendees and will wrap up with a Q&A session.
