AMIA’s first Copyright Symposium in brings together stakeholders concerned with where copyright, archives, and access meet. Presented in collaboration with AMIA’s Copyright Committee, this online symposium looks at the current copyright landscape and its impact on media archives.
Case studies will examine donor agreements, working with television and advertising collections, the recent Supreme Court decision against The Andy Warhol Foundation, the Internet Archive lawsuit, and more.
