Please join our free, virtual roundtable session on Monday, May 22 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST, where our panelists will recap and discuss the Supreme Court’s recent decision in the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts v. Goldsmith case. 

The roundtable’s panel includes:

William E. Evans, an attorney with Goodwin Procter LLP, who co-wrote an amicus brief on behalf of various art foundations supporting the Warhol Foundation;

Judge Simon J. Frankel of the Superior Court of San Francisco County in California, who co-wrote an amicus brief on behalf of various art museums in support of neither party;

Eleanor M. Lackman, an attorney with Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, who co-wrote an amicus brief in support of neither party on behalf of various organizations who themselves (and whose members) create and disseminate expressive works; and

Philippa S. Loengard, an attorney, scholar, and Executive Director of the Kernochan Center for Law, Media, and the Arts, who co-wrote an amicus brief on behalf of herself, in support of Goldsmith.
