The Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis has affected all aspects of business in the US and throughout the world. Due to COVID-19, force majeure is now frequently being used as a reason for nonperformance of a contract. Avalon Risk Management's Keith Sanchez and Su Ross from MSK will provide answers to timely questions such as:
