Christine Lepera will be speaking on the panel, "Protector or Suppressor?," on November 18, 2019. This program is a joint collaboration with Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law's Fashion, Arts, Media & Entertainment Law Center (FAME), The Recording Academy and Entertainment Law Initiative.

The discussion will center around where lines are being drawn in the copyright infringement debate, with leading litigators and academics involved in the most recent controversial cases. 
 
This program has been approved by the NY CLE Board for a maximum of 1.5 professional practice credit hours.
