Xander Meise will be speaking on the panel, “African States, Foreign and Domestic Investments,” at the Fifth SOAS Arbitration in Africa Conference in Arusha, Tanzania. This panel will take place on Thursday, February 14, at 10:05 AM (EAT).
This panel will discuss the experience of African states and their push to attract foreign investments. It will discuss the role of domestic investors and how they can be better incentivised and protected; and finally discuss what will attract foreign investors to African states.
