Mum Is Not the Word For Employees

In two recent decisions, federal appellate courts affirmed rulings of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) finding that the existence or application of routine employment policies violated the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). The NLRA is the federal law that guarantees mployees the right to unionize and to engage in other concerted activities for mutual aid and protection.
