Wei Kit (Ricky) Tai is an associate attorney in MSK's Labor & Employment practice group. An adept litigator, he represents clients in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and immigration petitions.

• Defended the Department of Veteran Affairs and the Bureau of Prisons related to a past-employee’s claim of wrongful termination due to discrimination based on age and disability, harassment, and retaliation.*
