Nicholas Baltaxe represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, with a focus on defending complex wage and hour disputes. He represents employers in class actions, PAGA claims, and individual claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and trade secrets, in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration.
Nicholas guides clients through all stages of litigation, from initial strategy through resolution, including trials, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations. He also advises employers on wage and hour compliance and works closely with company leadership to develop practical solutions to workplace challenges.
