Maggie Sheerin is a Labor & Employment associate in MSK's Los Angeles office. 

Maggie represents employers in a variety of labor and employment litigation matters before state and federal courts.  This includes litigating single-Plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases, as well as large class and PAGA wage and hour disputes. She also provides advice and counseling to employers on compliance with state and federal law across a wide range of workplace issues such as drafting and revising various employment documents and manuals; advising on personnel policies and agreements; and generally counseling employers in all stages of the employment relationship, from hiring to separation. 

In addition, Maggie has experience representing employers in protecting and enforcing trade secrets and confidential business information through negotiation, injunctions, and litigation.
